Tasks
Analysis
You analyze the existing digital identity processes for our clients through interactive workshops with various stakeholders.
You identify our client’s challenges and translate them to functional and non-functional requirements.
Process Evaluation and Redesign
In addition, you evaluate and redesign digital identity processes for efficiency, leveraging IAM solution capabilities.
You co-create client-specific IAM vision, cost-benefit analysis, and roadmap in collaboration with one of our IAM architects.
Solution Selection and Presentation
Supported by one of our IAM architects, determine matching IAM solutions for the client.
You present IAM vision, cost-benefit analysis, and roadmap to our client stakeholders and management.
You provide independent assistance to our clients in selecting matching IAM solutions.
