Tasks
Strategic Leadership
You will develop and articulate the company’s vision, mission, and long-term goals.
You conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
You will need to establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, and industry partners.
Operational Management
In addition, you will need to recruit, hire, and manage a high-performing team.
You oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure efficient operations.
You ensure the company complies with relevant regulations and manage risks associated with cybersecurity.
You set performance metrics and regularly review the company’s progress towards its goals.
Technical Oversight
You oversee the deployment of cybersecurity solutions.
You foster a culture of innovation to continuously improve the company’s products and services.
You stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies to guide the technical direction of the company to ensure the highest standards of quality and security in all products and services.
Profile
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in cybersecurity
- Passionate to start your own startup
