At this moment, we are looking for an IGA Business Analyst to join our group.
Tasks
Identity & Access Analysis
Conduct interactive workshops with stakeholders to assess existing IGA processes.
Identify challenges and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.
Process Optimization
Evaluate and redesign digital identity workflows for efficiency, leveraging IGA solution capabilities and best practices.
Strategy Development
Collaborate with IGA architects to co-create an identity governance roadmap, including cost-benefit analysis and implementation strategies.
Solution Selection & Implementation
Assist clients in selecting the most suitable IGA solutions for their needs, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
Stakeholder Communication
Present IGA vision, strategies, and recommendations to management and key decision-makers to secure alignment and buy-in.
Profile
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to think creatively
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- A team player with flexibility and adaptability
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Experience in IGA and/or cybersecurity
