At this moment, we are looking for an internal sales to join our group.
This internal sales role will harness the full potential of your expertise in cybersecurity sales. A background in cybersecurity and IAM solutions is ideal but not necessary. Â The key to success in this role is your willingness to learn and your accuracy. Â Your talent and results-driven approach are what matter most. You understand and anticipate client needs effortlessly.
The position is situated within the Sales department of ACEN, a cluster that delivers end-to-end solutions in cybersecurity. The Sales department consists of a Sales Manager, 1 Account Manager, 1 Internal Sales, 1 Marketing Lead, and 1 Bid Officer.
Tasks
Sales and Client Engagement
You engage with clients to discuss their IT security needs.
You follow up on existing leads and prospect for new opportunities.
Additionally, you can manage a small portfolio of clients where account management can be.
Administrative and Support Tasks
In addition, you are responsible for processing incoming sales orders and renewing existing contracts.
You assist the bid office with administrative tasks.
You document everything accurately and correctly in our CRM system so that your colleagues are always aware of the latest update.
You work together with the marketing team to define actions to support the sales team.
Coordination and Procurement
You order licenses and hardware from various vendors.
You work together with the different teams in our organization.
Profile
- Experience as an internal sales in an IT environment is a plus but not necessary.
- Interest in IT Security, with a willingness to learn.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Flexible, precise, eager to learn, and stress-resistant.
