At this moment we are looking for a Service delivery manager!
Tasks
Client management
You oversee and manage contracts for your clients, ensuring all terms are met and maintained.
You assess client needs and collaborate with the team to translate them into effective technical solutions.
You monitor incidents and changes closely, escalate high-priority issues, and keep clients informed.
Service and reporting
In addition, you prepare and deliver detailed reports on services provided, aligned with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
You maintain SLAs and communicate updates and procedures to relevant teams.
Financial oversight
You keep track on budget and costs, ensure accurate invoicing, and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Profile
- Ideally, you have a Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in an ICT field; but high thinking, learning, and reasoning abilities are equally good.
- Affinity with and interest in IT are a must; as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in ‘Service Management’. Experience with ‘security services’ is obviously a plus.
- Knowledge of ITIL methodology and processes is an absolute advantage.
- You are strong in setting up effective reporting and can explain it clearly. You also have excellent communication skills.
- Customer orientation | entrepreneurship | ability to work independently | result orientation; are basic competencies.
- You are proficient in Dutch, French, and English.
