The IGA Masterclass is aimed at IT analysts and architects ready to take a step into Identity Governance & Administration. It builds on experience in complex IT environments and covers identity lifecycle management, access management, governance, and compliance.

IGA combines two key aspects: Governance defines who should have access and why, while administration focuses on provisioning and managing that access. Success depends on clear decisions and strong processes, not just tools.

Everything you still wanted to know in one place

What happens after I register through the form?

We will contact you to schedule a first online introduction, where we’ll review your CV, ambitions, and experience to see if there’s a good match. If it feels like the right fit for both you and us, we’ll move forward with your enrollment.

What is the duration of the entire programme? (Also start and end dates)

Our IGA Masterclass covers a range of topics and teaching styles over the course of ten days. The program runs from 02/09/26 to 15/09/26, with your official first day starting on the same date, and your salary beginning from day one.

Am I guaranteed a spot right away, or is there a selection process?

Through an introductory meeting, we assess which profiles may be a good fit. No specific requirements of certification needed to enrol in this program. If selected, please note that the program may still be cancelled if we receive too few applications. We will inform you well before the start date.

Which segments are included in the Masterclass?

You will explore real-world cases and demos of commonly used tools. Guided by our IGA team leads and coaches, the same experienced professionals you’ll be working alongside, getting hands-on expertise and practical insights throughout.
