All new starters at Acen undergo a comprehensive six-week cybersecurity masterclass to get up to speed quickly and prepare them for the challenges ahead. After that, we offer a three-year training path that covers both technical and soft skills, with individual coaching and mentoring to help our people reach their full potential.
