At this moment we are looking for a Business Consultant Data Protection to join our group!
Tasks
- Support clients and strategic advisors in defining and translating business and compliance requirements into actionable policies and change roadmaps.
- Facilitate data governance and compliance framework (e.g., GDPR, NIS2, ISO27001) adoption, audit readiness, and policy establishment.
- Lead stakeholder workshops (Legal, HR, Finance, Operations) and design awareness campaigns, adoption plans, and training programs.
- Collaborate with technical consultants to align business objectives with solution design and configuration.
- Contribute to building business cases and ROI analyses to help stakeholders understand the value and strategic impact.
Profile
- Demonstrable experience or strong interest in data governance, compliance, and change management, particularly in a technology-context.
- Familiarity with Microsoft compliance/security platforms (like Microsoft Purview, Information Protection, DLP) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, able to make complex ideas accessible to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to jump between high-level strategy and practical implementation.
- Passionate about security and data protection, with a creative and adaptable mindset.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in hybrid environments.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
- Willingness to travel occasionally for stakeholder meetings or workshops.
