Internal Sales

To support the continued growth of our organization, we are looking for a driven Internal Sales professional. In this role, you will have the opportunity to further develop your commercial skills within the world of cybersecurity. Experience with cybersecurity or IAM solutions is a plus, but your eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and results-driven mindset are what truly make the difference. You have a strong ability to understand customer needs and proactively respond to them.

You will be part of ACEN’s Sales department, a close-knit team delivering end-to-end cybersecurity solutions. Together with the Sales Manager, Account Manager, Marketing Lead, and Bid Officer, you will contribute daily to supporting and expanding our commercial activities.

Tasks

  • You are responsible for processing incoming sales orders and renewing existing contracts
  • You order licenses and hardware from various vendors
  • You assist the bid office with administrative tasks
  • Engage with clients to discuss their IT security needs.
  • Follow up on existing leads and prospect for new opportunities.
  • You document everything accurately and correctly in our CRM system so that your colleagues are always aware of the latest update. You work together with the marketing team to define actions to support the sales team.
  • You work together with the different teams in our organization
  • Additionally, you can manage a small portfolio of clients where you will act as the contact person for our customer

Profile

  • Experience as an internal sales in an IT environment is a plus but not necessary.
  • Interest in IT Security, with a willingness to learn.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
  • Flexible, precise, eager to learn, and stress-resistant.
  • You work very accurately
