All new starters at Acen undergo a comprehensive six-week cybersecurity masterclass to get up to speed quickly and prepare them for the challenges ahead. After that, we offer a three-year training path that covers both technical and soft skills, with individual coaching and mentoring to help our people reach their full potential.

As new technologies emerge, we constantly form new teams and taskforces, offering our employees ample opportunity for growth and development.
